转桨式水轮机微机协联控制器的研究
Study on the Computer Coupled Device of Kaplan Turbine
【摘要】 轴流转浆水轮机协联关系对机组安全、经济运行和过渡过程有重大影响。目前已有的机械型、模拟电气型协联控制器存在精度差,制造困难,调试困难,参数不稳定及协联关系不易随现场条件而修改等问题。本文介绍了采用微机实现协联的工作原理、模型、硬件、软件等。试验结果表明具有明显技术经济效益。
【Abstract】 The on cam relationship of kaplan turbine has great effect on safety, economical operation and transient process of turbine sets. There are some problems such as low precision, difficult to manufacture and debugging, unstable parameters and fixed on -Cam relation unchangeable with the aid of microcomputer the above problems will be solved. In this paper , the operation principles, turbine model, hardware and software for microcomputer based on earn digital control system is introduced. The experiment results showed it is successful, and has obvious economic and technique profits.
