【Abstract】 To maintain the quality of image, the standard video encoder is used. However, it requires a huge amount of computations and long time of encoding. In this paper, we propose an adaptive algorithm of improved of video encoder to reduce the computations. In order to speed up the encoding in further, fast DCT and DCT approximation scheme have been used. It effectively achieve high-speed encoding and maintain the quality. [更多还原
