【摘要】 在许多概率论应用方面书籍作者都曾提到血液化验分组化验方法[1] ,指出在对人群疾病检查中 ,有不少项目是对血液进行多种化验 ,当疾病感染率比较低时 ,用分组化验法能节约不少化验次数 ,从而提高工作效率和经济效益 ,但并没有给出化验中每组最佳人数即最佳K值计算方法。我们对此问题进行严格数学分析 ,总结出利用计算机解决此问题的方法 ,文中给出最佳K值计算方法及计算机程序。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the general check-up on mass disease, quite a few items need to be carried out to chemical tests on blood. When the infection rate of disease is lower,the method of test in groups can reducethe times of chemical examination so that efficiency can be raised and economic performance improved. The paper shows the mathematics appraisal way of the number of each group in the course of examination in groups as well as its concrete application in the blood examination. The calculation method of optimum value about test number K of people in groups and computer programs are introduced in the paper.更多还原
