【摘要】 目的 :探讨归口管理对原发耐药菌的影响。方法 :回顾分析 1994- 1995年度与 1998- 1999年度结核杆菌原发耐药情况。结果 :1998- 1999年度原发耐药率较 1994- 1995年度明显下降。结论 :我院通过五年归口管理 ,降低了原发耐药菌的比例 ,但仍需进一步加强归口管理力度 ,从而有效控制原发耐药菌的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To search for the effect of concentrative drag management in the initial drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mothod: Review and analysis on the cases of inital drug resistance during 1994-1995 and 1998-1999. Results: Compared with in 1994-1995, the rate of initial drug resistance in 1998-1999 is lower. Conclusion: The rate of initical drug resistance was reduced in our hospital by concentrative care, but it is necessary to enhance the power in concentrative care in order to control and reduce the initial drug resistance.更多还原
