【摘要】 目的 :分析胆囊切除术胆总管探查阴性病例的处理方法。方法 :回顾性分析 5 5 2例良性病胆囊切除术连续病例。结果 :胆总管探查 380例中 15 1例探查阴性 ,其中 31例胆总管 期缝合 ,12 0例置 T管引流。结论 :胆总管探查阴性病例在术中胆道镜仔细检查的条件下 ,胆总管探查切口 期缝合是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the management of the patients performed cholecystectomy with negative common bile duct exploration. Methods: We reviewed consecutive 552 patients performed cholecystectomy with benign lesions. Results: 380 of 552 patients were performed common bile duct exploration, and the explored CBD were negative in 151 patients. Primary closing of common bile duct was performed in 31 patients. Conclusion: Primary closing of the explored common bile duct was performed safely in those patients, if choledochoscopy was performed routinely during common bile duct exploration.更多还原
