【摘要】 目的 :观察乌鸡白凤口服液的益气养血功能 ,比较乌鸡白凤口服液与乌鸡白凤丸二种剂型的作用差异。方法 :观察药物对急性小白鼠血虚模型的影响及对小白鼠急性应激反应的影响。结果 :乌鸡白凤口服液能显著促进失血小鼠 RBC,Hb值的恢复 ,能显著提高小鼠的抗应激能力 ,延长小白鼠常压缺氧死亡时间及延长小白鼠游泳时间。乌鸡白凤丸也是具有相似的作用。结论 :乌鸡白凤口服液具有补气养血 ,升高血红蛋白 ,提高红细胞值的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the function of replenishing qi and nourishing blood of the syrup and To make a comparison between syrup and the pill of Blacd-chicken-and-white-phinex. Methods: We observed the influence of the drug on mice with acute anemia and their irritability against acute blood loss. Results: The syrup can apparently enhance recovery of RBC and Hb values of the experimental mice and its ability to resist blood loss and prolong the living time and swimming time under the condition of hypoxia. The pill has the similar functions. Conclusion: The syrup has the function of replenishing qi and nourishing blood by increasing Hb and RBC values.更多还原
