L-1防锈乳化油的研究与应用

【摘要】 介绍了L 1防锈乳化油的配方组成 ,对几种乳化剂的乳化性能做了比较实验。为了使乳化体系稳定 ,确定了稳定剂的用量。实验证明L 1防锈乳化油具有良好的防锈性和乳化稳定性

【Abstract】 The antirust in oil emulsion is composed of 3%~8% corrosion inhibitor, emulsifying agent (3% Span 80, 18% XL and 16% HY) and mechanical oil. It is pointed out that using 16%HY achieves the best emulsifying effect to produce the L 1 antirust in oil emulsion. Adding 1% triethanolamine makes the emulsion more stable. The oil has been tested according to standard SY 1374 and GB 2361 80, and the result is as follows: during 7 days no rust and no overlapping prints through the hydrothermal stability test; 0 grade corrosion of the steel specimen test. At the same time a small scale test and a pilot plant test are carried out in a gear factory. The results show that the L 1 antirust in oil emulsions prevent rust successfully during steel processing.
