机加工的多重分形表面模拟及维数计算
Simulation of the Multi-Fractal Rough Surfaces and Their Dimensional Calculation
【摘要】 以具有双分形特性的不锈钢样本表面为例 ,提出改进的W M表面函数对具有双分形特性的表面进行模拟 ,并用典型的维数计算方法计算模拟表面的维数。实验结果证明 ,模拟表面的统计特性接近于真实表面 ,为进一步研究多重分形表面打下基础。
【Abstract】 Some machined rough surfaces have a multi fractal character. A modified W M function and some fractal interpolation functions are presented to simulate a stainless steel surface that has a bi fractal character. The dimension of two types of simulated surface is calculated by using three typical methods to calculate a fractal dimension. The experiment shows that the simulated rough surfaces exhibit statistical resemblance to the real ones, which lays the foundation for a further study of multi fractal surfaces.
