【摘要】 针对顾客化大量生产模式的计划平准化模型的优化问题 ,研究了混流生产线上产品需求量相差甚大条件下的产品投产 (或加工 )顺序问题。提出了工件取整法和工件还原法两种方法 ,较好地解决了这一问题 ,即一方面优化了产品投产顺序 ,缩短了产品出产节拍 ,另一方面使得产品投产顺序更具规律性 ,易于被企业管理人员和操作工人所掌握。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the model of the production smoothing based on mass customization, the processing sequence of products is studied in the mixed model production system when ever the demands of products are very different. Two methods are presented to optimize the processing sequence of the products and to reduce the processing cycle time. The optimized processing sequence discussed provides more easily mastered method that can be used by managers and workers.更多还原
