纳米γ-Fe2O3粉体的合成及其气敏特性研究
Synthesis and Gas-sense Characteristical Study of Nanocrystalline γ-Fe2O3 Powder
【摘要】 以分析纯还原 Fe粉、Fe Cl3· 6 H2 0等为原料 ,以沉淀反应法制备了纳米γ- Fe2 O3粉体 ,采用 X射线衍射、扫描电镜对其晶相和形貌进行了分析 ,并初步检测了 γ- Fe2 O3厚膜对还原性气体的敏感性。结果表明 ,该合成方法工艺简单 ,由此制得的纳米γ- Fe2 O3粉在 2 0 0~ 30 0℃低温条件下对还原性气体具有良好的气敏特性
【Abstract】 The powder of nanocrystalline γ-Fe 2O 3 was prepared by means of precipitation, Fe powder and FeCl 3·6H 2O as raw materials. The crystal phase and microstructure of γ-Fe 2O 3 power was analyzed by XRD and SEM, respectively, and the gas sensitivity in reductive. atmosphere was tested. The result shows the preparation technique of γ-Fe 2O 3 was simple and the γ-Fe 2O 3 powders presents good gas-sensitivity to reductive gas at low temperature of 200~300 ℃.
