常温固化耐高温酚醛树脂胶粘剂的研制
Study on Resisting High Temperature Ba-phenolic Resin Adhesive Curing at Room-temperature
【摘要】 以钡酚醛树脂、改性环氧树脂、丁腈 - 40、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和硅烷偶联剂为甲组分 ,复合多元胺类固化剂为乙组分 ,合成出常温固化的耐高温粘接剂。介绍了制备方法和粘接工艺 ,探讨了常温固化机理及耐高温性能
【Abstract】 In this paper,a resisting high temperature adhesive curing at room temperature was synthesized with Ba phenotic resin,modified epoxy resin,butadiene nitrile rubber,polyvinyl butyral and silane coupling agent as the first component,a composited polyamine curing agent as the second component.The preperation method and adhesion technology was introduced,the curing mechanism and resisting high temperature property was explored.
