水稻“斑马叶”叶绿素含量及几种酶活性的变化
The Changes of Chlorophyll Content and Several Enzyme Activities in Zebra-leaf Rice
【摘要】 以具“斑马叶”性状的水稻 110 3S、武金 4B以及对照武金 3B为材料 ,研究了该性状表达过程中叶片叶绿素、蛋白质含量及几种酶活性的变化 .结果表明 ,性状表达期叶片叶绿素、蛋白质含量减少 ,过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性降低 ,过氧化物酶 ( POD)活性上升 ;随着叶片复绿 ,各项指标又回复到低温处理前的水平 .该性状的表达是由于阶段性叶绿素代谢异常所致 ,它不仅与叶绿素含量有关而且与 POD、CAT、SOD等几种酶活性之间存在一定关系
【Abstract】 The changes of chlorophyll content and protein content and several enzyme activities in the leaves were studied during the period of appearing zebra\|leaf character from the thermo\|sensitive rice line 1103S and Wujin 4B. The results indicated that the chloropyll and carotenoid content and the protein content and the SOD and CAT activities decreased and POD activity increased after the appearing zebra\|leaf character. However, it was found that every index was reversible in the process of recovery of the yellow part of the leaves into green. It was suggested that the expression of zebra\|leaf character might be due to abnormal chlorophyll metabolism. It was related to the content of pigment and the enzyme activities of POD, CAT, and SOD.
