不同细胞器的ATPase在农垦58S育性转换中的变化
Change of ATPase in Different Organelles of Nongken58S During Fertility Transformation
【摘要】 通过对长、短日照条件下 ,湖北光敏核不育水稻农垦 5 8S在光敏感期叶绿体、线粒体、细胞核的 Mg2 + -ATPase,Ca2 + - APTase活性变化的研究及 Ca2 + - ATPase同工酶图谱的分析 ,发现在不同发育时期 ,所研究细胞器的 Ca2 + - APTase都是短日照处理植株的酶活性明显大于长日照处理株 ,其同工酶图谱也分别显示短日照条件下比长日照条件下多一条酶带 .细胞核 Mg2 + - ATPase的活性也是长日照条件下较高 ,而线粒体 Mg2 + - ATPase在不同日照条件下的变化规律不同 .这表明不同细胞器的 ATPase所起的作用不同 ,并且与农垦 5 8S的育性转换可能有密切关系
【Abstract】 Studies were made on the activities of Mg 2+ \|ATPase and Ca 2+ \|ATPase in chloroplast, mitochondria and nucleus of Hubei Photoperiod\|sensitive Genic Male sterile Rice Nongken58S under long day (LD) and short day (SD) treatment. We also analyzed their Ca 2+ \|ATPase isozymogram. It was found that the Ca 2+ \|ATPase activity of the organelles provided for study were higher under LD treatment than under SD treatment at different stage, their Ca 2+ \|ATPase isozymogram also showed Nongken58S under LD treatment had one more band than those under LD treatment. The activity of nucleus Mg 2+ \|ATPase was higher under SD treatment, too; Mitochondria Mg 2+ \|ATPase changed differently under SD and LD treatment .All Those difference indicated that the ATPase of different cell organelles had their own function and they may have close relationship with the fertility transformation of Nongken58S.
