芳烃溶剂法合成对硝基苯甲酸的研究(Ⅱ)——合成对硝基苯甲酸的催化剂研究
Research on Synthesis of p-Nitrobenzoic Acid in Aromatic Hydrocarbon Media (Ⅱ)——Study of Catalyst
【摘要】 硝基取代甲苯是一种含强脱活基团的烷基取代物 ,液相催化空气氧化速率一般较低 ,本文报导了一种液相催化空气氧化硝基取代甲苯的催化剂 ,该催化剂的特点是 :活性高、用量少、成本低 ,优于已有文献报导的催化剂 ,适于在工业上推广应用 .
【Abstract】 Nitrotoluene is a deactivated alkyl compound. Catalytic liquid\|phase oxidation of nitrotoluene is extremely difficult with molecular oxygen as primary oxidant and with catalytic amounts of cobalt acetate, manganese acetate, and bromide ions. In this paper a catalyst of oxidation of nitrotoluene by molecular oxygen has been described. It is a better catalyst of oxidation than others.
