共沉淀法制备YAG-Al2O3纳米复合粉体

【摘要】 本文采用共沉淀法制备了YAG-Al2O3纳米复合粉体.并通过XRD、TEM详细研究了粉体组成、形貌随煅烧温度的变化.研究表明,在1300℃下煅烧可获得YAG粒径约100nm、分散均匀、无杂相的YAG-Al2O3纳米复合粉体.粉体在1450℃可热压烧结致密,远低于文献报道的热压烧结温度1600℃.用共沉淀法制备YAG-Al2O3纳米复合粉体具有成本低、产量高和工艺简单的优点.

【Abstract】 YAG-Al2O3 nanocomposite powders were prepared by the co-precipitation process.The crystallize temperature and morphology of the composite powder was intensively studiedwith XRD and TEM. The results indicate that above 1300℃, there is only YAG and α-Al2O3phases existed. YAG particles with an average size of 100 nm can be observed uniformly dispersedin α-Al2O3. Using prepared powders, nearly fully dense sintering body can be fabricated byhot-pressing at 1450℃. The sintering temperature is far lower than 1600℃ reported by otherresearchers. The preparation of YAG-Al2O3 nanocomposite powders based on the co-precipitationmethod has promising application with merits of low cost, high production and simple processing.
