【摘要】 本文根据1998年卫生事业经费决算资料,采用内扣法分析了全国卫生部门医疗机构药品批零差价收入,按门诊和住院服务类型、不同地区及不同级别医院比较了门、急诊及每床日可得的药品批零差价收入,为医药分开核算、分别管理政策的实施提供必要的依据。作者提出了增设处方费或药事服务费的政策建议,彻底切断医院和医师对药品的利益驱动。更多还原

【Abstract】 To offer the evidence for carrying out the policy of separation between the income from medical services & drug sale in China, the article describes the income of hospitals in health sector in details. The price difference between drug wholesale & rdtail in 1998 was calculated by inter - discount, method. It compared the revenue of drug price difference based on per visit ad per bed - day between the type of hospital service (outpatient vs. inpatient), different categories and location of hospitals. The authors recommend to set up a prescription fee or dispensary fee during medical services, so that the drug profit - driven behavior of hospitals and doctors will be thoroughly interrupted.更多还原
