【摘要】 目的　研究PTHrP在肿瘤发生过程中的作用以及PTHrP和P5 3在结肠腺癌中表达的关系。方法　用免疫组织化学ABC法对 6 8例结肠组织 (30例结肠腺癌 ,2 0例腺瘤性息肉 ,18例正常结肠组织 )进行PTHrP检测 ,并对其中 30例结肠腺癌进行P5 3检测。结果　结肠癌组PTHrP的阳性率明显高于腺瘤组 (P <0 0 5 )和正常组 (P <0 0 1)。结肠癌高中分化组与低分化组PTHrP的阳性率无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,PTHrP与P5 3的表达有相关关系 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　PTHrP的过度表达与细胞的恶性转化有关 ,与肿瘤分化程度无明显关系 ,PTHrP与P5 3可能在肿瘤的发生发展过程中共同发挥作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the role of PTHrp in carcinogenesis and the relationship between PTHrP and P53 expression. Method Using immunohistochemical stain(ABC), we detected PTHrP in 68 samples of colon (including 30 colon carcinoma, 20 adenomatous polyps and 18 normal colon tissus). P53 was also detected in 30 samples of colon carcinoma. Results Positive rate of PTHrP expression in colon carcinoma was significantly higher than that of adenomatous polyps ( P <0 05) and normal colon tissue ( P <0 01). There was no difference between highly and poorly differentiated carcinoma( P >0.05).Expression of PTHrP and P53 had correlation in colon carcinoma ( P <0 05).Conclusion The expression of PTHrP is associated with the malignant transformation of normal cells, yet not associated with the degree of cell differentiation. PTHrP and P53 may contribute to the pathogenesis of tumor.更多还原
