【摘要】 目的　探讨改良电痉挛疗法治疗精神病疗效及其相关因素的影响。方法　将我院 1999年 1～ 5月期间 ,所有接受改良电痉挛疗法治疗 10 0例精神病患者 (42 6例次 )的临床资料进行总结分析。结果　总有效率 90 %。其中以抑郁症疗效最好 (10 0 % ) ,其次为躁狂症 (93 .3 % )、精神分裂症 (83 .9% )。三组患者的疗效存在非常显著性差异。无一例出现严重的合并症。疗效与累积发作时间仅在六次治疗组存在显著性相关 ,而与电量、通电时间以及治疗仪所提供的抽搐质量指标等无明显相关。结论　改良电痉挛疗法仍是一种有效而安全的治疗方法之一 ,发作时间等参数与疗效的关系仍有待进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and relevant affecting factors of modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT).Method The clinical data of 100 patients who had received MECT for during January to May.1999 in our hospital were analyzed.Results The rate of effectiveness was 90% considering all patients as agroup;There were significant differences among the rates of effectiveness in groups of major depressive(100%),mania(93.3%)and schizophrenic patients(83.9%);No severe complications were found in all patients;Efficacy of MECT was significantly related to accumulated duration of seizure in the six-time group only;No significant relationships were found neither between efficacy of MECT and volume,time of electricity nor between efficacy and seizure quanlity index presented by the MECT instrument in all patients.Conclusions MECT is a kind of safe and effective method in treating psychotic patients.The relationship between its efficacy and parameters as duration of seizure need further exploration.更多还原
