硬脂酸钙对覆膜砂热性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了硬脂酸钙对覆膜砂热性能的影响。结果表明 ,当硬脂酸钙的质量分数大于 0 .3%时 ,覆膜砂热韧度、熔点及沉降率、热抗弯强度、抗热开裂性得到改善 ;而对于热稳定性来说 ,硬脂酸钙不宜过量。同时 ,以柴油机缸盖砂芯和铸件为例 ,分析了硬脂酸钙与砂芯和铸件品质的关系。

【Abstract】 Influence of calcium stearate on the hot properties of precoated sand has been studied. The results showed that hot toughness, softening point, sink rate,hot bending strength and resistance to hot tear of precoated sand are improved with an addition of calcium stearate more than 0.3% while the excessive addition of calcium stearate is subversive for stability at high temperature. The relationship between calcium stearate and sand core as well as casting quality of cylinder head of diesel engine for example is analyzed.
