【Abstract】 Technique parameters of horizontal continuous casting of Al Sn alloy billet based on self designed horizontal continuous casting machine are chosen. Crystallization feature and reason for longitudinal crack of horizontal continuous casting billet are analyzed. Al Sn alloy billet of qualified 15 mm×150 mm specification is manufactured successfully by horizontal continuous casting. The use of Al alloy billet and steel strip for manufacturing Al Steel bimetallic bush by rolling process is done successfully too.更多还原
