【摘要】 介绍了一种用样件直接翻制铸件的简易制模工艺。工艺中所用的特殊造型材料———膨胀石膏经处理后可得到3%的膨胀量 ,足以抵消铸型因烘烤产生的尺寸缩小及合金凝固导致的收缩。在此基础上 ,对工作石膏型采用合理的烘烤和浇注工艺 ,得到了尺寸合格、表面质量好的铸件。更多还原

【Abstract】 A simplified pattern making process that workpiece is reproduced to make casting directly is introduced. A special molding material—expansion plaster used for this process could obtain 3% expansion after being treated, which is beneficial to compensate dimensional contraction for plaster mold drying and alloy solidification. Using proper baking and pouring process for plaster mold,the castings with qualified size and good surface quality could be obtained.更多还原
