锑变质共晶硅的异质形核
Heterogeneous Nucleation of Eutectic Silicon Modified with Sb
【摘要】 采用金相和扫描电镜分析研究了锑、镁在铝硅合金中的存在形式和变质机制。结果表明,锑、镁在铝硅合金熔体中主要以Mg3Sb2的形式存在,在凝固过程中,Mg3Sb2作为共晶硅的异质核心,促进共晶硅相的形核,从而达到了变质的目的。
【Abstract】 Modification mechanism and existing form of Sb and Mg in Al-Si alloy were studied by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that Sb and Mg exist as the form of Mg3Sb2 Mg3Sb2 as heterogeneous nucleation of eutectic silicon promotes nucleation of eutectic silicon and hence realize the modification aim during solidification process.
