【Abstract】 PU elastomers used for multilayer compound roll were studied from polyester polyol, polyether polyol, toluene diisocyanate, methylene bis-ortho-chloroaniline and conductive carbon black. The 3-layers compound polyurethane elastomers roll was prepared by means of rotation and several times casting. The effects of raw materials, formula on the properties of the roll were discussed. The preparation techniques, mold and some parameters were also introduced.更多还原
