【摘要】 通过对中美两国高等学校高水平运动队主要管理因素的比较研究 ,得出两国在主要管理因素上 ,有较强的互补性。在继承与创新、借鉴与扬弃中 ,为建立有中国特色的高校高水平竞技体系 ,为健全和完善我国高校高水平运动队竞赛制度 ,尽快与国际接轨 ,为建立和健全各种法规制度 ,为提高我国高校高水平运动队社会化程度 ,为我国高校体育改革和我国高等学校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Factors in the management of top level sports teams in colleges and universities between China and USA were comparatively studied with the conclusion that there existed many mutual supplements in between. By carrying forward the advanced and bringing forth new ideas, the paper presents some theoretical basis for the establishment of top-level sports and competition systems in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics and in accordance with international rules. The paper also discussed the establishment of various rules and regulations, improvement of the socialization of top-level sports teams and reform and development of competitive sports in colleges and universities in China.更多还原
