Si3N4陶瓷与铝的辉光钎焊

【摘要】 利用化学镀工艺使陶瓷表面金属化 ,进而采用辉光钎焊的方法实现了 Si3N4陶瓷与纯铝的无钎剂钎焊。对接头的微观结构、接头中金属间化合物的行为及防止措施进行了分析和探讨。

【Abstract】 The chemical plating is used as a procedure to metallize ceramics surface,then the fluxless brazing of Si 3N 4 to aluminum is carried out.The joint microstructure, the action and preventive measure of compound between metals in the joint are discussed.
