电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定矿产品中微量硫的研究

【摘要】 研究了利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铁矿、锰矿、水泥等矿产品中微量硫的溶样方法、工作条件的选择和结果的准确性。实验表明,王水溶样方法可靠,S180.731nm分析线可避免大量存在的Mn、Fe等基体元素的干扰,测定结果相对标准偏差小于2%,与国际方法无显著性差异。该法简便快速,稳定可靠,重现性好,可应用于进出口铁矿、锰矿、金属锰粉和水泥等产品的检验中。

【Abstract】 Studied are the determining trace sulfur in iron, manganese ores and in cement by using spectroscopic method of inductance coupling plasma emission, the selection of work conditions and the accuracy of results. As shown by tests, it is reliable to use aque regia to resolve samples. The interference by large amount of Mn and Fe can be avoided at S180. 731 analyzing line. The relative deviation is less than 2% in the determination results, which is not of greater difference compared with other methods used internationally. Quick, stable and well repeated, this method can be used in inspecting such products as iron ore, manganese ore, manganese powder and cement.
