中国对虾(Penaeus chinensis)孵化膜的形成

【摘要】 中国对虾成熟卵子释放于海水后 ,无论受精发生与否 ,位于质膜凹中的皮质棒都可向外排出。皮质棒排出同时也将卵黄膜举起。皮质棒排出过程中 ,由基部开始逐渐向上进行溶解扩散 ,皮质棒之间相互融合形成均质的凝胶膜。精子入卵后 ,受精膜举起。孵化膜由卵黄膜、凝胶膜和受精膜融合构成 ,保护胚胎发育 ,免受有害物质的侵扰。

【Abstract】 As mature eggs of Penaeus chinensis were produced into sea water, no matter they fertilized or not, they were activated. When the cortical rods(cortical specializations)which were located in the plasma membrane crypts expelled out, the vitelline envelope was set up by the cortical rod. After the cortical rod lifted, they dissolved and dispersed from the base to the top. Then the cortical rods dissolved fused with each other and transformed into a homogeneous jelly coat which surrounds the egg. Following the sperm penetrated into the egg, the fertilization membrane was lifted, and combined with the jelly coat. Hatching membrane is composed of the vitelline envelope, the jelly coat, fertilizing membrane, so it belongs to primary envelope, preventing the embryo development from harmful material.
