【摘要】 目的　探讨数字化照相技术在胃肠道检查中的应用价值。方法　 5 2 8例消化道造影病人 ,采取数字化单幅或连续采集法记录图像 ,对图像进行多功能处理后 ,拍摄激光照片图像 70 0 0余幅 ,并与同机普通摄影对照。结果　检出糜烂性胃炎 7例 ,憩室炎 15例 ,消化道肿瘤 43例 ,消化道术后吻合口狭窄 5例。数字化激光照片图像清晰度高 ,胃小区、小沟及结肠无名沟显示率高。结论　该技术应用于胃肠道检查 ,胃肠道粘膜微皱襞解剖结构清晰 ,显示率高 ;可记录器官的动力学改变 ,可随意对图像进行多功能处理 ;图像可永久保存、随意调阅更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of digital radiography in gastrointestinal barium examination. Methods: 528 cases were examined with digital radiography, and 7000 pictures recorded with single or serial mode, and further processed, finally printed in film, and compared with ordinary spot films. Results: Seven cases of gastritis verrucosa, 15 cases of diverticula, 43 cases of tumor and five cases of the narrowing of anastomosis were detected, the clarity of picture in digital radiography was higher and the display of detailed structure of mucosa surface was finer. Conclusion: Digital radiography used in gastrointestinal barium examination can record the dynamic changes of the gastrointestinal tract, and the detail of the mucosa surface was highly detected, the picture can be processed after examination, and can be stored in memory and read at any time.更多还原
