【摘要】 目的　研究长期反复使用的植物油对离体血染色体畸变率和微核率的影响。方法　人外周血离体培养法。结果　和本底对照组相比 ,染色体畸变率有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且单体畸变有正相关性 (r =0 987)。微核率有差异但变化不大。结论　反复使用的植物油对淋巴细胞微核影响不大 ,对染色体有致畸毒性作用 ,应加强检测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of repeatedly used vegetable oil on the frequencies of chromsome aberration and micronucleus. Methods: The cultured method of the human peripheral blood lymophocytes was adopted. Results: Compared to control group the differences in the frequencies of chromosome aberration were very significant (P<0 05),and the breakage had perfect positive correlation(r=0 987). The frequencies of micronucleus were higher than those of control group but not significant. Conclusion: The repeatedly used vegetable oil has no effect on micronucleus but has much effect on teratogenicity of chromosome, therefore should be examined carefully.更多还原
