三种降压药物对高血压病患者自主神经功能紊乱影响的比较

【摘要】 目的 探讨何种降压药物对纠正高血压病患者的自主神经功能紊乱有效。方法 原发性高血压患者 91例 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂培哚普利、钙拮抗剂非洛地平、β 受体阻滞剂美多洛尔作为期两周的降压干预治疗 ,治疗前、后进行动态血压和动态心电图同步监测 ,结果进行多种统计分析。结果 三种药物均取得良好降压效果 ,但只有美多洛尔对高血压病患者的HRV分析产生有利影响 ,使高血压病患者恢复“LF HF比值夜间显著低于上午和下午”这一健康人所具有的特点。结论 美多洛尔在降压的同时可明显改善高血压病患者的自主神经功能紊乱

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of various antihypertensive drugs in correcting the dysfunction of autonomic nervous system in essential hypertension patients.Methods: 91patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into three groups.Each group was respectively given perindopril, felodipine and metroprolol for two weeks treatment.Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring and Holter examination were synchronically adopted before and after the treatment. The results were analysed statistically.Results: After treating 2 weeks by perindopril, felodipine and metroprolol respectively,Bp decreased much in all three hypertensive groups(P<0 01) Metroprolol improved many HRV indicators(P<0 05 or 0 01),made the hypertensive patients restore the normal feature-“ratio of LF/HF is much lower at 0:00than8:00and 16:00”.Perindopril and felodipine had no significant effects on HRV.Conclusion: Metroprolol not only has a significant antihypertensive effect, but also can improve the function of autonomic nervous system in essential hypertension patients.
