多菌种共发酵生物转化天然纤维素材料的研究

【摘要】 利用氨法对玉米秸秆进行前处理 ,依据多种微生物共生及代谢的特性 ,建立了绿色木霉 ( TB970 1)、康宁木霉 ( TB970 4) ,米曲霉、黑曲霉和四种酵母 ( 3 2 3 ,3 2 1,1817,2 .2 1)所构成的多菌种共发酵的体系 ,通过正交实验法优化出几组有实践前景的多菌种共发酵的技术路线和工艺方法 ,较好地实现了利用微生物转化玉米秸秆的目的。实验结果显示 ,按本法优化的多菌种共发酵工艺 ,在发酵温度为 3 0℃ ,p H控制在 5 .0左右的条件下 ,发酵 5 d后在绝干产物中测定粗蛋白质的含量为 18.13 % ,纤维素的利用率为 66.5 %。实验结果为纤维素资源的开发利用奠定了基础

【Abstract】 According to characteristics of the multi microorganisms symbiosis and their metabolism,the corn straws are pretreated with the ammonia methods,and the multi strains cofermentation systems consist of the Trichoderma konigii (TB9704),Trichoderma ressi (TB9701),Aspergillus oryzae,Aspergillus niger and the four yeasts(323 Candida parapsilosis(Ashfort),321 Candida parapsilosis,1817 Candidakrusei(Castellani), 2.21 Candidatropicalis(Castellani)). A number of group feasible technical paths and technological methods are sifted by the orthogonal experiment, and the corn straws of the bioconversion are reached effectively. On the basis of the optimum combination of the multi strains cofermentation technology, the experiment result shows that the contents of raw proteins and the utilization ratio of cellulose determined in the absolute dry materials after the five days are 18.13% and 66.50% respectively,with the fermentation temperature 30℃ and pH controlled under 5.0 condition.
