球磨对石墨形态及插锂性能影响的研究

【摘要】 球磨能够使具有完整结晶结构的石墨变成非晶态的炭材料,通过透射电子显微术(TEM)、扫描电子显微术(SEM)及X射线衍射术(XRD)研究表明,在球磨过程中,剪切力和冲击力使石墨破碎成100nm左右的超微粒子,超微粒子的晶体结构发生严重的变形,致使其丧失了晶体结构。XRD和TEM证实其类似于石油焦的结构,但在随后的电化学实验中,其具有高的插锂容量(约372mA·h/g)。

【Abstract】 Milling can cause the graphite crystal losing its crystalline character,thus it becomes the amorphous structure.TEM,SEM and XRD show that the effect of shearing and impacting can make the bulky graphite crystal crushed into superfine particles with diameter about 100 nm.In addition,the structure of the superfine particles has lost its crystall structure after experiencing severe deformation.The results of TEM and XRD indicate that its structure is similar to that of the coke,but the electrochemical experiments show that it has higher capacity than coke.
