新世纪图书馆服务论
On the Service Provided by the Library in the New Century
【摘要】 本文从分析“服务”的内涵入手 ,论述图书馆服务在服务对象、内容、手段、方式等方面的过程 ,以及图书馆服务的定性评价与定量评价。
【Abstract】 ? The author gives the connotation of service provided by libraries and its development in the case of object,content,measure and manner or so on.He also issues the demand in idea,quality and rate of service in modern libraries and its evaluation used by qualitative or quantitative method.
