湖南省科技信息系统建设现状和展望
The Current Situation and Prospect of Science & Technology Information System Construction of Hunan Province
【摘要】 本文简要回顾和总结了湖南省科技信息系统40年来的发展状况,提出了科技信息系统“十五”期间的发展目标与建设任务,并展望了未来15年的发展态势。
