油井管用ASTM4137钢的冶炼工艺及质量
Metallurgy Technology and Quality of Drilling Pipe Steel ASTM 4137
【摘要】 对ASTM4137钢生产和试验数据的分析研究得出影响ASTM4137钢材横向低温冲击韧性的因素为硫、铝、钛等杂质元素,硫含量偏高是导致横向低温冲击韧性偏低的主要原因。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the production and test dat a of steel ASTM 4137, the effect of sulphur, aluminium, titanium and other resid ual elements on transverse impact toughness of steel has been got. The low tran sverse impact toughness is attributed to higher sulphur content in steel. To r educe the sulphur content in steel and modify the sulfide morphology can increa se the transverse impact toughness of steel ASTM 4137 markedly.
