合成渣处理对弹簧钢脱氧及夹杂物控制的影响
Effect of Synthetic Flux Treatment on Spring Steel Deoxidation and Control of Inclusion
【摘要】 在实验室条件下研究了酸性和碱性合成渣处理弹簧钢时钢中酸溶铝、钙和氧含量的变化规律 ,并通过工业生产试验比较了两种不同精炼工艺条件下 (Ⅰ :高碱度渣精炼 +喂铝丝 ;Ⅱ :酸性渣精炼 +VD)钢中酸溶铝和氧含量随工艺过程的变化。分析结果表明 :工艺Ⅱ生产的弹簧钢的夹杂物尺寸分布明显优于工艺Ⅰ。
【Abstract】 The variations of the acid\|soluble aluminium, the total calcium and the total oxygen content in the spring steel treated respectively by acid and basic synthetic flux have been studied in laboratory. The varying of the acid soluble aluminium and total oxygen content in steel with two kinds of refining processes - high basicity slag refining + aluminium wire feeding (I) and acid slag refining + VD (Ⅱ) - in pilot industrial production were compared. The analyzed results showed that the distribution of inclusion size in spring steel produced by refining process (Ⅱ) was appreciably better than that by refining process (I).
