【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of rainfall data of Yanan city in loess plateau,the techniques for building a kind of contour trench which is alike bamboo section of trench had been put forward.Taking Yanan in the Loess Plateau as an example,the design standard of the bamboo contour trench is the rainfall intensity of 60mm/3h under rainfall frequency of once during 10 years.
