【摘要】 本文对经过筛选培育出的固氮能力较强的固氮菌突变株 UV0 7N及抗高温、耐酸碱菌株 p Ht0 4 N的生理特性进行了研究。最佳碳源为甘露醇 ,最佳碳源浓度为 2 0 %。金属盐类 ,培养温度 ,p H,气 /液比等也对突变株的生长有一定影响。其结果可作为选定工业化条件的参考更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the physiological characteristics of nitrogen\|fixing bacteria and its mutant strains screened by the laboratory,whose capability of nitrogen\|fixing is better than starting strain,have been studied.The optimal carbon source is mannose.The optimal concentration of carbon source is 20%.Metal\|salt,temperature,pH,gas/liquid etc.have a great influence upon mutant strain of nitrogen\|fixing bacteria.The result can be used as reference on optimization on industrial scale.更多还原
