【Abstract】 A colorimetric method was described for estimation of total saponins in Semen Aesculi.The color reagent was a mixture solution of ferrum trichloride,glacial acetic acid and concentrated sulfuric acid.The correlation coefficient was 0.9993.The linear range was between 24 μg and 470 μg.更多还原
