生长调节物质对紫杉醇和紫杉烷类化合物合成的调控作用
CONTROL OF TAXOL AND TAXANES BIOSYNTHESIS BY GROWTH REGULATORS
【摘要】 植物生长调节物质不但控制细胞分裂 ,也影响着紫杉醇或紫杉烷类化合物的合成。 5mg/L NAA和 1mg/L BA有利于紫杉愈伤组织的生长。随着 BA浓度的提高 ,愈伤组织的增长率明显下降 ,但是 ,其紫杉醇含量却有所增加。 BA与 NAA的比例较大有利于 10 -去乙酰浆果赤霉素 的合成。添加高浓度 GA3和 CCC均抑制紫杉愈伤组织的生长 ,2 mg/L GA3或 1mg/L CCC有利于紫杉醇的合成。
【Abstract】 The growth regulators not only could control the cell division,but also influenced the synthesis of the taxol and taxanes.When the concentration of NAA and BA were 5 mg/L and 1 mg/L,the Taxus chinensis growth very fast,but with the concentration of BA increasing,although the content of the taxol improved,the growth rate of the taxus callus declined.If the rate of BA to NAA was high,the synthesis of 10 diacetylbaccatin Ⅲ was promoted.Adding high concentration of GA 3 or CCC would inhibit the growth of Taxus chinensis callus,but the synthesis of taxol colud be promoted with 2 mg/L GA or 1 mg/L CCC.
