法夫酵母生物合成虾青素的研究

【摘要】 本文对法夫酵母虾青素的生物合成进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,法夫酵母在YEPD培养基中生长时表现出二次生长现象 ;细胞内虾青素的合成是与细胞生长偶联的 ,在约 66h达到最大积累 ,3.4μg/ml

【Abstract】 The production of carotnoid pigments by the yeast Phaffia rhodozyma was studied.The growth of the yeast Phaffia rhodozyma apppeared two- accelerating growth- phase:one phase is from 1 2~ 36 h,the other is from 42~ 72 h.Astaxanthin formation,the primary carotenoid in Phaffia rhodozyma,is growth- associated.Astaxanthin was produced mainly during the exponential phases of growth.At6 6 h,concentration of astaxanthin accumulated high to 3.4μg/ml.
