【摘要】 在分析新线铁路工程建设管理特征的基础上,重点论述了铁路工程建设信息管理系统的总体结构和功能,并提出了有关实施建议。

【Abstract】 The general structure and functions of the information management system for the construction of railway projects are emphatically elaborated and the related suggestions for implementation put forward on the basis of analyses for the features of management in construction of new railway projects.
