听力正常青年人DPOAE听力图稳定性分析
Stability of Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions in Normally Hearing Youth
【摘要】 目的 了解畸变耳声发射听力图反应幅值的稳定性和变异性。方法 选择听力正常青年人 36例 70耳 ,在一个月测试周期内 ,用二种初始音 (L1=L2 =70dBSPL和L1=L2 =5 5dBSPL)进行三次DPOAE测试 ,时间分别为第一周、第二周、第四周。结果 DPOAE总检出率为 10 0 % ,L1=L2 =5 5dBSPL各频率点初始音检出率比L1=L2=5 5dBSPL低 ,以 0 .75~ 2kHz段检出率高 ,三次DPOAE反应幅值相对稳定 ,虽有很大的个体差异性 ,但不影响幅值重复测试的变异性。当初始音从 70dBSPL减到 5 5dBSPL时 ,DPOAE幅值也相应减少而变异性增加 ,绝对性增加变异小于 1.5dBSPL。结论 DPOAE的幅值在高频区及 0 .75kHz以下的低频区变异较大 ,重复测试结果及差异可能受测试设备及测试参数、环境噪声、中耳状态等因素的影响
【Abstract】 Objective To determine stability and variability of the amplitude in distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE).Methods\ DPOAE audiograms were recorded in 70 ears of 36 normally hearing youth during 3 test sessions over a 4 week period.Two equilevel pure-tone signals,f1 and f2,were presented simultaneously at the geometric mean of primary-tone frequencies in a range from 0.5 to 8 kHz at stimulus levels of 70 and 55 dB SPL.Results\ The prevalence of DPOAE was 100%.The average variability of DPOAE amplitudes was 2.4±2.1 dB SPL and 3.7±2.5 dB SPL at primary tones levels of 70 and 55 dB SPL respectively.Variability in amplitude of DPOAE increased in the high friequency region above 4kHz and the low-frequency region below 0.75 kHz.Conclusion\ The results suggest that a change in DPOAE amplitude at a range from 0.75 to 4 kHz maybe indicate a significant change in cochlear status.
