【Abstract】 Polyurethane wire coatings is featured by its excellent insulation and direct weldability,heat stability and good dyeability,which has found wide applications in color TV,instrument and computer industry,where there is a lot of welding points.The heat resistant grade of the paint film is improred by using the tri-polymerization reaction of the isocyanate groups in polyurethane prepolymer,thus to produce a novel F-grade polyurethane wire coatings.The synthesis and performance of the novel polyurethane coatings were studied in a systematic way.更多还原
