亚麻油醇酸改性丙烯酸聚氨酯的合成及其电子束固化涂料
Synthesis of Linseed Oil Alkyd Modified Acrylic Polyurethane Resin and Electron Beam Curing Coatings
【摘要】 合成了5 种不同结构的亚麻油醇酸改性丙烯酸聚氨酯,并研究了它们的电子束固化涂膜的附着力、光泽、柔韧性、耐冲击性、硬度、抗张强度和伸长率等性能。试验表明:亚麻油醇酸改性丙烯酸聚氨酯的合成反应条件温和;随着亚麻油醇酸改性丙烯酸聚氨酯结构的变化,涂膜的性能也随之改变;对不同的固化体系,吸收剂量的影响程度也不一样;在亚麻油油度大的体系中,环烷酸钴的质量分数达0-06% 时,涂膜性能的变化明显。
【Abstract】 Five different structure linseed oil alkyd modified acrylic polyurethanes have been prepared. Various properties of the electron beam cured film are tested, such as adhesion, gloss, flexibility, impact strength, hardness, tensile strength and elongation percentage etc. It has shown that the reaction is mild for preparation of linseed oils alkyd modified acrylic polyurethane; change of the structure of linseed oil alkyd modified acrylic polyurethane will affect the properties of the coatings film; in different curing systems, the effect of absorbed dosage varies; in long oil (linseed oil) system, when the cobalt naphthenate level up to 0 06%, obvious changes of film pro perties will occur.
