脐血CD₃AK细胞和其培养上清诱导HL-60凋亡

【摘要】目的:探讨脐血CD₃AK细胞和其培养上清（CM）诱导HL-60细胞凋亡的作用。方法:用细胞形态学观察,DNA琼脂糖电泳,原位末端标记法分别检测出HL-60自然凋亡与CD₃AK细胞诱导和CM诱导的HL-60细胞凋亡率。结果:HL-60细胞自然凋亡率为（4.60±2.17）%;CD₃AK细胞诱导HL-60细胞凋亡率为（21.35±4.46）%（t=6.80,P<0.01）,CM诱导的HL-60细胞凋亡率为（33.08±5.12）%（t=8.26,P<0.01）。结论:脐血CD₃AK细胞和其培养上清能诱导HL-60凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore HL-60 cells’ apoptosis induced by cord blood’s CD3AK cells and CD3AK cultural supernatants (CM). Methods:HL-60 cells’ natural apoptosis and that induced by cord blood’s CD3AK cells and CD3 AK cultural super-natants were detected by TUNEL technique,cell morphology,and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis respectively. Results:The natural apoptosis rate of HL-60 cells was (4.60± 2.17)% , the rate of HL-60 cells’ apoptosis induced by CD3AK was (21.35±4.46)%(t = 6.80,P<0.01),and that induced by CM was (33.08 ?5.12) %(t = 8.26,P<0.01). Conclusion: HL-60 cells’ apoptosis can be induced by cord blood’s CD3AK cells and CM.更多还原
