【摘要】 目的:探讨糖皮质激素与茶碱对哮喘患者嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的影响。方法:将54例轻、中度支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,分别给予吸入皮质激素(A组)及吸入皮质激素配合茶碱治疗(B组)。疗程4周,监测治疗前后患者FEV1%及血清ECP的水平。结果:治疗后两组患者FEV1%均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),血清ECP水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。B组患者血清ECP水平的下降及FEV1%水平的提高,较A组明显,有显著性差异。结论:糖皮质激素与茶碱合用可以抑制嗜酸细胞的活性,降低哮喘患者血清ECP水平,改善通气功能,且可增强抗炎效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To better understand the influence of glucocorticoids and theophylline on the eosinophil cation protein(ECP) of asthmatic patients. Methods:54 patients with mild-to-moderate asthma were divided into two groups at random. One was treated with glucocorticoids alone(group A),the other with both glucocorticoids and theophylline (group B). Ventilation function and the serum ECP were measured before and after the treatment. Results: The leveb of serum ECP were signifi-cantly decreased,FEV1 % was significantly increased after the treatment. The decrease of ECP and the increase of FEV1 % in group B were significantly superior to group A. Conclusion:Both theophylline and glucocorticoids could control the recruit-ment and action of inflammatory cells,reduce the level of serum ECP and improve ventilation function.更多还原
