【摘要】 采用与类风湿性关节炎特征相似的小鼠胶原诱导性关节炎模型，观察了独活寄生汤对模型小鼠关节 炎发病率、关节炎指数、抗Ⅱ型胶原（ＣⅡ）抗体水平的影响，并检测了胶原免疫小鼠脾脏白介素－１β（ＩＬ－１β）和 γ－干扰素（ＩＦＮ－γ）的水平。结果显示：独活寄生汤灌胃治疗，不能明显抑制小鼠ＣＩＡ的发生，但能显著降低关 节炎指数和抗ＣⅡ抗体水平。同时该方抑制模型小鼠内源性ＩＬ－１β的产生、提高ＩＦＮ－γ水平，说明独活寄生 汤对ＣＩＡ的影响与对ＩＬ－１β和ＩＦＮ－γ的调节有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in mice was used as the model of rheumatoid arthritis,the effect of Duhuojishen Decoction on the inci- dence,arthritic index and anti - collagen antibody level of type Ⅱ in collagen- immunized mice were doserved,and the splenic interleukin - 1 β and interferon -γ levels were examired. The results showed Duhuojisheng Decoction failed to inhibit the onset of arthritis, but signifcantly re- duced the arthritic index and anti - cⅡ antibody level. Meanwhile the decoction lowered the IL- 1 β level an raised the IFN - γ contents, which may be the part mechanism of therapeutic effect of Duhuojisheng Decoction on CIA.更多还原
