【摘要】 固真方具有补肾益精、延缓衰老的作用。实验以人胚肺成纤维细胞（２ＢＳ）为对象，研究固真方对细胞 增殖的影响，并探讨其对增殖有关基因－原癌基因（ｃ－ｍｙｃ）和抗癌基因（Ｐ５３）表达的调控。研究显示，固真方 处理组与对照组相比：细胞计数增加３５．９６％（Ｐ＜０．０１），细胞分裂指数增加３３．２９％（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），原癌基因（ｃ－ ｍｙｃ）的表达增高３３．０５％，抗癌基因（Ｐ５３）的表达降低了４２．３１％。结果提示固真方能促进细胞增殖，其机制可 能与其对增殖有关基因－原癌基因和抗癌基因的表达调控有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese herbs-Guzhenfang (GZF) has the effect of tonifying kidney, benefiting essence and delaying senility in clinic. the effect of CZF extract on cell proliferation and expression of the genes-proto-oncogene(c-myc) and antioncogene(p53) related to proliferation in human embryonic lung fibroblasts( HELF 2BS) was observed. It showed that cell count,cell division index and c- myc expression in GZF group increased by 35.96%(p＜ 0.01),33.29(p＜ 0.01), 33.05% respectively as compared with that in untreated group.However,p53expression in GZF group decreased by 42.31% above the untreated group. The results suggested that GZF has potential proliferative effect in HELF 2BS. The mechanism might be related to its regulation on the expression of proto-oncogene and antioncogene.更多还原
