【摘要】 将“紫金锭”改剂为“紫金胶囊”，运用该药对大鼠细菌性前列腺炎症模型进行病理形态学改变观察发 现：该药能抑制炎症所致腺体重量增加，也能抑制细菌性前列腺炎所致的纤维组织增生，与男康片组比较差异 有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。紫金锭胶囊对腹腔注射醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应及腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验证 实，该药能明显减少小鼠扭体次数及降低腹腔毛细血管通透性，优于阳性对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），实验研究表明，紫 金胶囊具有消炎、镇痛、抑菌等作用，是治疗慢性前列腺炎的一种有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 ZiJin Toche" was formulated into "Zijin Capsule", the changes in pathomorphology of rat with bacterial prostatitis treated with capsule were observed. The results showed that Zijin capsule could inhibit the growth of gland’s weight caused by inflammation, also inhibit the proliferation of fibrous tissue induced by bacterial prostatitis. there were signifcant difference between capsule group and control,(P＜0.05).Zijin Capsule could obviously decrease the twisting number and capillary permecebility which caused by injecting actic acid into mouse’s abdominal cavity, the ef- fect were more obvious than that of control (P＜0.01). All these suggest that Zijin capsule has anti-inflammation, analgensia and contro bacteria effects, etc which is a kind of effective medicine for the treatment of chronic prostatitis.更多还原
